EVOLERS is a Spanish SME specialised in the regulatory, cybersecurity and standardisation dimensions of next-generation electronic communications networks. We support SNS JU consortia with a legal, regulatory and policy perspective that complements technical and industrial partners.
The firm is led by Clara Rodríguez, author of the first doctoral thesis on 5G defended in Spain (2024) and university lecturer in european digital regulation with continuous research on 5G/6G regulation and security since 2018.
Specific contributions to SNS JU projects:
— Telecommunications law and 5G/6G regulation;
— NIS2 implementation and network resilience: applied advisory experience supporting operators and public bodies in transposing and implementing NIS2 obligations across the 5G value chain;
— Standardisation: ongoing consultancy on standardisation processes, with capacity to contribute to 6G-IA standardisation activities and ETSI-bridging work;
— Ethics, AI and fundamental rights;
— Skills, training and dissemination: doctoral supervision, university teaching and editorial work, contributing to the technology-skills pillar of the SNS partnership.
