TechNarts has significant expertise on discovery, management and performance analysis of diverse networks. Since 2009 our vendor, domain and technology agnostic OSS/BSS system Star-Suite has been handling end-to-end network discovery, fault/event and alarm management and performance monitoring and analysis operations for ISPs and providing quality assurance and automation for the networks.
With our experience and expertise, we can contribute to Open-RAN activities, programmable with a single, unifying, and open controllability frameworks, demonstration technological feasibility of 5G / 5G Advanced KPIs such as capacity, ubiquity, speed, latency, reliability, density of users, location accuracy, energy efficiency, service creation time, network management CAPEX/OPEX.
We also have ongoing R&D projects on network performance prediction. In this regard, we can also contribute to trails and pilots on zero-touch solutions and self-organizing networks.

One of our key capabilities is fast adaptation to new technologies and ever-changing needs and expectations of our customers. Besides that, we also conduct national funded R&D projects including network performance prediction and anomaly detection. In recent years, we focused more on network performance data for being one of the leading players contributing zero-touch-network-management, self-organizing, self-optimizing network concepts. Furthermore, we participate in the 5G&6G development strategies and roadmap as well as 5G related activities in Turkey with an ecosystem consisting of public bodies, operators and industry stakeholders.
