Yeditepe University’s RF and RFIC Laboratory (https://rflab.yeditepe.edu.tr/en) has long been at the forefront of RFIC and RF front-end module (FEM) design, driving innovation across next-generation wireless and 6G systems. Our team boasts extensive experience in advanced RF circuit and RFIC design, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies such as SiGe BiCMOS, GaAs and InP, as well as exploring cutting-edge system integration approaches for high-frequency, low-noise, and energy-efficient solutions.
We actively contribute to the evolving 6G ecosystem through our participation in the Firstto6G Project (https://www.firstto6g.eu/ ), funded by Horizon EU, where we integrate our RF expertise into ambitious collaborative research efforts. Our research covers the full spectrum from conceptual design to prototype implementation, including simulation, layout, and measurement of high-performance RFIC building blocks (namely LNa, Pas, Switches, Filters, power combiners, etc.).
As a trusted partner in international cooperation projects, Yeditepe RF Lab stands ready to bring our in-depth knowledge, measurement capabilities, and proven record of accomplishment to collaborative efforts that strengthen Europe’s leadership in next-generation semiconductor technologies.
